Recently I had the opportunity to shoot this cute couple engagement session. We had so much fun during the shoot and I was able to capture dreamy photos for them.
As a light & airy style photographer the main recommendations I have for my couple is to dress neutral or light color for the shoot, light colors help to achieve the light & airy style. The second recommendation is to enjoy the shoot and relax, my photo session are one hour and a half long and I tell my couples everything they need to do from the beginning to the end of the shoot so they do not need to worry about how to pose.
The BN engagement photo shoot experience begging with a 10 to 15 minutes introduction talk. I used this time to get to know my couples, their specific expectations, their love story while we drink a delicious refresher Starbucks drinks that I bring for all my couples during their engagement session. After our initial conversation we start shooting for one hour and a half, during the shoot I direct my couples with all the poses and at the end after shooting we have another final 15 mins talk about some wedding details questions.
Engagement shoots are a great way to get to know my couples before the wedding, this way I’m not a random photographer taking their wedding photos and the photo shoot is a fantastic way to practice all the poses before their big day.
